Carry-in: You can visit our fitment centre, or dismantle the product and we’ll arrange collection from your home.
Onsite: Our executive visits your location to resolve the issue.

How Carry-in Warranty Works

Go to www.canblo.com
→ Contact and fill in the form with your details, invoice number, and issue description.
Our executive will confirm the complaint and arrange collection, guiding you on packing the product.
Once received at our service centre, the product will be serviced or replaced and returned within 2 days. Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp and email.

Warranty Terms (Summary)
Normal wear and tear is not covered.
Damage from rough handling, misuse, water, extreme temperatures, or unauthorized repairs voids the warranty.
Third-party hardware/accessories are excluded (check with their manufacturer for support).

Delivery & Installation
Delivery: Usually within 2–5 working days.

Installation:
For reverse camera or AHD camera systems, you can choose a local installer or request CANBLO fitment. We’ll arrange installation in your city within 2 working days of product delivery.
For 360° camera systems, a trained CANBLO installer will visit your location for installation and calibration.
Fitment charges vary by product and car model:
Car Android Stereo with Reverse Camera: ₹500 – ₹1,500
Car Stereo with 360° Bird View Cameras: ₹1,500 – ₹2,500
Car Dash Cam: ₹300 – ₹600
Other Accessories: ₹300 – ₹1,000

Factory fitted speakers in my car is compatible with new stereo system?

Yes, factory fitted speakers in all cars are compatible with the product. Replacing stereo can improve audio quality. Some cars may need extra canbus to adapt speakers.

What about warranty?

Canblo provide 2-year replacement warranty for all the products including cameras. Manufacturing defects can be covered under warranty, but accidental or other damages cannot be covered under warranty. Please check warranty policy for more details.

Canbus is required in my car to install F8 pro?

It depends on your car’s manufacturer and variant. All Volkswagen and Skoda require canbus to adapt steering wheel controls and other functions. But most of the cars from Japanese and Korean manufactures do not require canbus.

360 camera is really useful?

Yes, a 360° camera is extremely useful — especially in Indian driving and parking conditions.
It gives you a complete bird’s-eye view of the car, helping you see blind spots that normal reverse cameras or parking sensors miss.
