Warranty:
CANBLO provides a minimum warranty period for all products, starting from the date of original purchase by the first end user:
Car Head Units: 2-year warranty (Onsite or Carry-in support).
Car Dash Cams: 2-year warranty (Carry-in only).
360° Cameras: 1-year warranty (Onsite or Carry-in).
Other Cameras: 1-year warranty (Onsite or Carry-in).
Accessories: 1-year warranty (Carry-in).
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
Normal wear and tear (including wires, keys, and connectors) is not covered. Damage caused by rough handling, dropping, or misuse is excluded from warranty coverage. Third-party accessories or hardware are not covered under CANBLO’s warranty. Customers must contact the respective manufacturers for support. The warranty becomes void if the product has been opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized CANBLO service center.
Warranty does not apply to products exposed to water, dampness, or extreme thermal/environmental conditions.
Delivery:
All CANBLO products are usually delivered within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Installation:
If your order includes a reverse camera or AHD reverse camera, you may either contact a local installer or submit a Fitment Request after placing your order. CANBLO will arrange installation in your city within 2 working days of receiving the product.
For systems that include a 360° camera, installation and calibration will be performed by a trained CANBLO technician at your location. Our representative will contact you after order confirmation to schedule the installation.
Approximate installation charges vary by product and car model:
Car Head Unit with Reverse or AHD Camera: ₹500 – ₹1,500
Car Head Unit with 360° Bird View Camera: ₹1,500 – ₹2,500
Car Dash Cam: ₹300 – ₹600
Other Accessories: ₹300 – ₹1,000
