CANBLO provides a minimum warranty period on all products, beginning from the date of the original purchase by the first end user.
Warranty Coverage by Product Category
Car Android Stereo – 2 years warranty (including 1 year replacement). Service is available through onsite or carry-in support.
Car Dash Cam – 2 years warranty (including 1 year replacement). Carry-in service only.
360° Cameras – 1 year warranty with onsite or carry-in support.
Other Cameras – 1 year warranty with onsite or carry-in support.
Accessories – 1 year warranty with carry-in support.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including wear of keys, wires, or connectors.
Damage caused by rough handling (such as dropping, bending, compression, or sharp objects) is not covered.
Defects or issues resulting from misuse of the product are excluded.
Third-party hardware and accessories are not covered under CANBLO’s warranty. However, third-party manufacturers may provide their own warranty, and customers are responsible for contacting them directly for support.
The warranty becomes void if the product has been opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized CANBLO service center.
The warranty is not valid if the product has been exposed to moisture, water damage, dampness, extreme temperatures, or other adverse environmental conditions.
Products are usually delivered within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Installation Details:
If you purchase a Car Android Stereo with a reverse camera or AHD reverse camera, you may either approach an experienced installer in your locality or submit a Fitment Request after placing your order. We will then arrange installation in your city within 2 working days of product delivery.
For systems purchased with a 360° camera, installation and calibration will be carried out by a trained CANBLO professional at your location. Our representative will contact you after order confirmation to coordinate the fitment.
Fitment charges vary depending on the car model and product type. Below is the general price range:
Car Android Box with CVBS or AHD Reverse Camera: ₹500 – ₹1,500
Car Android Screen with 360° Bird View Camera: ₹1,500 – ₹2,500
Car Dash Cam: ₹300 – ₹600
Other Accessories: ₹300 – ₹1,000
