Warranty:
CANBLO offers a 1-year replacement warranty on all head units (car stereos) and a minimum service warranty across product categories. The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase by the first end user.
Car Head Units (Stereos): 2 years warranty, including 1-year replacement (Onsite/Carry-in).
Car Dash Cams: 2 years warranty, including 1-year replacement (Carry-in only).
360° Cameras: 1 year warranty (Onsite/Carry-in).
Other Cameras: 1 year warranty (Onsite/Carry-in).
Accessories: 1 year warranty (Carry-in).
Warranty Terms (Summary):
Normal wear and tear (keys, wires, etc.) is not covered.
Damage from rough handling, misuse, water, moisture, or extreme conditions is excluded.
Warranty is void if the product is opened, modified, or repaired by unauthorized service centers.
Third-party hardware and accessories are not covered; their respective manufacturers may provide support.
Delivery:
Products are usually delivered within 5 working days from order confirmation.
Installation:
For reverse or AHD camera systems, you can choose a local installer or request CANBLO fitment. We’ll arrange installation in your city within 2 working days of delivery.
For 360° camera systems, installation and calibration will be carried out by a trained CANBLO technician at your location.
Fitment charges vary by product and car model:
Car stereo with reverse camera: ₹500 – ₹1,500
Car stereo with 360° bird view camera: ₹1,500 – ₹2,500
Car dash cam: ₹300 – ₹600
Other accessories: ₹300 – ₹1,000
