Replacement policy

Welcome to CANBLO Replacement Policy.Your 100% Happiness is our First and Highest Priority.

CANBLO offers a 1 Year Replacement guarantee on all products. Please get in touch with us within 12 months of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced.

All our products are 100% quality checked before being dispatched. Also, the products are packed very carefully so that it reaches you without any damages.

Still, in the case of any unusual mishappening to the product during transit, You feel any problem with the product, for any XYZ reason the product is received in unusable condition, You can ask for a replacement for the product and our team will help you out in the best ways possible.

You will be required to send us a very small video (just 8-10 seconds) on E-mail: care@canblo.com, explaining the issue on why the product delivered is received in unusable condition, and our team will 100% make sure to rectify the issue at earliest possible.

Replacement Terms & Conditions :

A replacement will only be provided, in case you have received the product in an unusable condition or in case of any manufacturing defect.

Important Notice 1:Software issues cannot be covered under replacement. It can be rectified by updating software or hard resetting the system. Our executives are here to help you in such case.

Important Notice 2:Please read the description carefully about the product material before you place the Order. The material of the product is clearly mentioned in the product descriptions of each product. Replacements will not be provided in case you ordered the wrong material.

To file a Replacement Request, follow the following 3 easy steps

  • Go to "contact" page
  • Enter your name, email, phone number and select subject “complaint”.
  • Enter your invoice number and purchase date in message box. You can also brief your complaint in message box. Our Executive will contact and examine the product and will proceed with necessary action within 24 hours.
  • We accept replacement request within 12 months after the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.

How will I get my Replacement?

  • Replacements are subject to approval from the quality assurance team. We will contact you and carefully examine the product and replacements will be provided only if your request/issue/problem is genuine
  • Once the Replacement request is approved, we will dispatch a Brand-New Replacement Product within 24 hours of approval.
